VA JOB AD 2019 16 - Assistant Manager, Human Resources and Admin

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or related field.
  • Atleast 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Previous airline or hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive company wide recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and SOP.
  • Lead and drive company wide employee performance evaluations on a regular basis.
  • Deputize for HR & Admin Manager.

Personal Skills/Attributes:

  • The right candidate will be efficient, goal driven, people oriented and have strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively within a small team.
  • Be self-motivated and willing to take initiative and responsibility.
  • Outstanding and friendly personality.
