VA JOB AD 2019 27 - Administrative Assistant, Training Department

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Completed GCE O’ Level with minimum three passes including English and Mathematics.
  • Outstanding and friendly personality.
  • Must be at least 18 years age.
  • Previous experience in an airline can be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and fluent in spoken and written English and Dhivehi .

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining training records.
  • Assist the Training Coordinator.
  • Preparing training documentation.
  • Arranging training related meetings. 
  • Updating and maintaining inventory.
  • Assist with department purchasing and invoices.
  • Ensuring schedule trainings are going as planned.
  • Answering queries of the instructors via email or phone.
  • Preparing and distributing certificates for participants of the training.

Personal Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to plan and organize work.
  • Take initiative and ability to work with minimal guidance.
  • Outstanding and friendly personality.
