VA JOB AD 2019 34 - Customer Service Assistant

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Completed GCE O’Level with minimum three passes including English & Mathematics.
  • Outstanding and friendly personality.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service field can be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate, fluent in spoken and written English and Dhivehi.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Interact with passenger in a warm and friendly manner and assist them through all areas of ground services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and ensure that passengers are well informed during delays and short connections.
  • Make all arrangements for passengers during missed and international connections.

Personal Skills & Attributes: 

  • The right candidate will be organised, goal driven, people oriented and have strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work independently within a small team and be prepared to work irregular hours.
